History
Success Rehabilitation Inc. is a post-acute rehabilitation facility specifically designed for individuals who have sustained a traumatic brain injury or other neurological impairment. Success Rehabilitation, Inc. was founded in 1990 by a group of rehabilitation professionals whose mission was to improve the quality of life for survivors of a traumatic brain injury.
Success Rehabilitation Inc. is located on 14 acres in suburban Quakertown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Most of our therapeutic modalities, Structured Day Treatment Program and support services are conveniently located on-site at our main facility. Success offers a continuum of care within their residential model to include both group homes and community apartments.
The Interdisciplinary Team at Success Rehabilitation Inc. develops individualized programs for each client. This encourages each person to achieve his/her maximum potential. Success Rehabilitation, Inc. is CARF accredited and all our clinicians are licensed and certified in their respective fields of expertise.
