In this role, the Community Associate is the primary point of contact responsible for greeting visitors and acts as the face of Success Rehabilitation by directing the flow of team members, clients and business representatives to ensure that the company presents a professional and organized appearance. The Community Associate is also responsible for covering the front desk during business hours, directing calls appropriately, takes messages in a courteous manner, provides support to multiple departments within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:


  1. Comply with all Success Rehabilitation, Inc. policies and procedures as stated in all company manuals.

  2. Be familiar with the Mission, Vision, Values of Success Rehabilitation, Inc. and work towards assuring that mission is integrated as part of all job efforts.

  3. Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures and use proper safety techniques as needed.  

  4. Primary responsibility to:

    1. answer telephones and distribute messages promptly and appropriately.

    2. Serve as first contact for callers and visitors.  Interact with employees, clients, families and other visitors 

  5. Support recruitment efforts – assist applicants to complete Applications, check references as assigned

  6. Clerical support for multiple programs:

    1. Copying – Program support, nursing, schedules for psychiatrist, staff, client and therapists, off-site paperwork, training materials, and distribute as appropriate

    2. Filing – case records,  

    3. Maintain packets for - marketing, new admission, new employee  

    4. Handle incoming and outgoing packages

    5. Billing – complete personal care and non-personal care hour tally

  7. Responsible for signing clients in and out of the building and maintaining daily attendance.

  8. Lead telephone and copier training for new hires. 

  9. Responsible for catering and set-up for daily lunch, Assessments or other functions.  Assists with kitchen stocking of supplies.

  10. Other clerical tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Requirements for this position include:

    • Minimum two (2) years experience in receptionist/clerical/administrative support positions and some experience with word processing and other computer applications, 

    • Experience dealing with the public in a work related setting.  Experience with people with disabilities a plus.

    • Excellent organizational skills

    • Ability to problem-solve and handle high-pressure situations

    • Ability to follow directions and complete work efficiently and correctly with minimal supervision

    • Minimum of HS diploma

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License

Physical Requirements:

  • This position requires walking, standing, stooping, sitting, kneeling, bending, pushing and pulling. You must be capable of lifting 50 pounds.
