Overview

We have recently expanded to open a new outpatient center called Success NeuroRehab. Success NeuroRehab is located in Quakertown Borough in a newly renovated facility featuring over 6,000 square feet of therapeutic space, housing multiple services including: occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech pathology, and cognitive rehabilitation therapy.

We are looking to add a full-time occupational therapist to our team to help accommodate our growth and opening to additional patients who reside in the communities we serve.

  • Type: Full-Time (salaried)

  • Reports to: Residential Coordinator, Clinical Manager or Program Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

Essential

  1. Provide scheduled therapy sessions as required by clinical evaluation.

  2. Provide long-term and short-term goals for each client.

  3. Supply written progress notes after each session or notes of meetings.

  4. Provide services on-site at SRI offices during mutually agreeable times unless otherwise specified.

  5. Maintain individual certifications/licenses, insurance, memberships, etc. and provide updated copies of each to SRI.

  6. Comfortable documenting client therapy sessions and progression through digital and traditional media, as directed.

Non-Essential

  1. Regularly attend and participate in staff meetings

  2. Attend all required training

  3. Report any noticeable facility/client maintenance issue to Program Administrator using established procedure.

Job Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Occupational Therapy, Bachelor of Science or Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapy Program

  • Pennsylvania licensure in Occupational Therapy required

  • Previous experience working with persons with brain injuries and/or other neurological impairments preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License

Physical Requirements:

  • This position requires walking, standing, stooping, sitting, kneeling, bending, pushing and pulling. You must be capable of lifting 50 pounds.
