Off-Site Residential Apartments
Success Rehabilitation, Inc. offers different options for community living in the town of Dublin, Pennsylvania, which is approximately 15 minutes from our main facility. The off-site residential apartments are located in the heart of Dublin in beautiful garden apartments. Each apartment is either 1 or 2 bedrooms in which the client has their own private apartment or bedroom. The apartments are staffed 24 hours per day. Staff provide assistance in areas such as meal planning and preparation, budgeting, money management, laundry skills, housekeeping, ADL's, employment assistance, etc. The staff and clients at each home plan weekend activities to further explore and take advantage of all community options.
