Tamika Johnson-Ogbu, LCSW, CAADC, M.Div
Mrs. Johnson-Ogbu is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a double Master’s Degree from Temple University where she earned her Master’s in Social Administration and Palmer Theological Seminary where she received her Master’s in Divinity. Mrs. Johnson-Ogbu is also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) and was a key person in opening a partial hospitalization program in Philadelphia that was designed to address the current opioid epidemic. Mrs. Johnson-Ogbu has a passion for working with individuals who have been marginalized and seemed to have lost confidence in their ability to live a healthy, productive and fulfilling life. She takes a holistic approach to treatment where she is interested in engaging and developing the whole person which includes the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of an individual. Mrs. Johnson-Ogbu has studied Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Stages of Change, Systems Theory, Mindfulness, among many more. She is currently enrolled in the Certified Brain Injury Specialist course to earn her CBIS certification.
