Success Rehabilitation’s Outpatient Program, Success NeuroRehab, is a comprehensive neuro-rehabilitation program for clients who do not reside at Success Rehabilitation. Success NeuroRehab is located in downtown Quakertown, a nine-minute drive from Success Rehabilitation. Individual therapies are complemented by a variety of therapeutic services which may include vocational and recreational therapies designed to reinforce formal professional therapies and to enhance cognitive, therapeutic, and social/recreational and community functional skills. Success NeuroRehab Central Bucks is a community-based post-acute rehabilitation program to prepare clients with brain injuries to return to independent living and potentially work. Participating clients have the opportunity to receive residential outpatient services, living in an apartment or home in the community close to Success NeuroRehab Central Bucks, or receive strictly outpatient services.

Success Rehabilitation offers residential housing for clients based on availability and qualification. Success Rehabilitation’s off-site homes have three bedrooms with 24-hour team assistance. Each individual has a private bedroom with all of the amenities needed to support someone living in the community. Team members provide assistance with meal planning and preparation, budgeting, money management, laundry skills, housekeeping, ADL's, employment assistance, transportation.
