At Success Rehabilitation, we offer a comprehensive continuum of care for individuals with brain injury, from post-acute residential rehabilitation and outpatient treatment, home- and community-based services, and long-term follow-up. Our goal is to help our clients return home as independently and prepared for the future as possible.

Clients have access to full-time brain injury specialists, licensed clinicians, registered dietitians, and multidisciplinary professionals including fitness advisors, job coaches, personal trainers, chefs, cooking teachers, music instructors, and more.

Apartments are either 1 or 2 bedrooms in which individuals have their own private apartment or bedroom.

Homes are 3 bedrooms, individuals have their own bedroom.

Our licensed team provides in-home clinical support while clients benefit from structure and accountability

Clients enhance and develop core life skills needed to sustain independence

The apartments and homes have 24-hour team assistance.

Success Rehabilitation’s on-site apartments are located at the main facility and offer each individual their own efficiency apartment.
