Our comprehensive approach provides both rehabilitation and clinical care, addressing a wide range of needs, including self-care assistance, mobility support, transfer assistance, medication management, bowel and bladder training, and skincare management.

Comprehensive Neurobehavioral Rehabilitation for Enhanced Independence
Success Rehabilitation’s Neurobehavioral Rehabilitation Program provides a structured, 21-bed residential facility for individuals who are unable to live safely alone or with family. With 24/7 supervision and a highly supportive environment, our program offers integrated therapies tailored to each individual's needs. Clients participate in neurocognitive day therapy at varying levels of intensity, up to eight hours a day, six days a week.
Our program focuses on key areas essential for recovery and independence, including physical functioning, communication, cognitive treatment, daily living activities, community engagement, recreation therapy, psychological counseling, and behavior management.
Residents are encouraged to take an active role in their daily routines, including personal care, room maintenance, and laundry, fostering self-sufficiency and confidence. Our dedicated team of professionals provides compassionate support, helping individuals prepare for a successful transition back home and into their community.

What funding do you take? In Pennsylvania, Success Rehabilitation accepts funding from the Head Injury Program, CHC Wavier, Workers Comp, and Private Pay. In New Jersey, we accept the Horizon NJ through MLTSS, NJ TBI Fund, Workers Comp, and Private Pay.
Who does Success Rehabilitation work with? All of our clients have a primary diagnosis of a brain injury. We work with people ages 18- to 70 years old who have suffered a traumatic or acquired brain injury. This means we work with those who have suffered motor vehicle accidents, blunt force trauma to the head at work or in community, slip and falls, strokes, brain tumors, seizure disorders, and more.
Does it matter when the brain injury took place? No! Our brain injury rehab in Pennsylvania and New Jersey serves consumers who have suffered a recent brain injury, as well as those who have been dealing with the effects for years.
