Our objective is to show our Residential Program Coordinators (RPC) a clear path to career advancement. RPCs will have greater responsibility while playing a key role in the mentorship and training of our Direct Support Professional 1.

Direct Support Professional 1

Our objective enables our Direct Support Professional 1 (DSP1) to train and development new hires while advancing their knowledge of clinical care and coordination at Success.
